Terms and Conditions
The customer is always the general conditions for internet before making an internet order. With every order, the customer is asked explicitly to confirm that he accepts these conditions.

2. GENERAL AND DEFINITIONS
The sales conditions apply to internet sales to end users by BW CONCEPTS and this on the territory of Belgium. All other conditions are excluded. Any dispute is subject to Belgian law. Only the courts of DENDERMONDE are competent.

3. CONCLUSION INTERNET SALES

7. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION
7.1 Place of delivery or pick-
The customer can order the choice between:
- Delivered by courier, see Article 8 of the Conditions;
- Delivery and collection at a collection point of your choice, see Article 9 of the conditions.
The choice of delivery method is clearly stated in the confirmation email.
Regardless of the method of delivery, the customer signs for receipt of the delivery.
For safety and security, the courier upon delivery or pickup point identification, confirmation email or the original invoice from the customer.
For items that are in stock at the time of order, the customer confirms BW CONCEPTS via email the expected delivery date.
For items that are not in stock at the time of order, the customer confirms BW CONCEPTS via email the expected delivery date as soon as it is known.
The BW CONCEPTS confirmed delivery dates are not binding. If the delivery date is to be changed, BW CONCEPTS immediately contact the customer via e-mail, a new release date set.
8. HOME DELIVERY BY courier
The products are delivered at home by courier on behalf of BW CONCEPTS.
As far as deliveries in Europe are on orders above 100 EUR no delivery or shipping charged.
For orders less than 100 euro delivery or shipping charged. The cost of home delivery be clearly indicated during the order process.
Items that are delivered via courier, on the specified address to the door (ground floor) delivered.
The customer is solely responsible for any further (re) installation, connection and installation. The courier may supply an ID, confirmation email or the original invoice from the customer. The customer signs for receipt of the delivery.
The risk for loss or damage is about, at the time of delivery of the goods to the customer.

9. DELIVERY IN A COLLECTION POINT CHOICE
The products in the collection point - either by the customer - supplied on behalf of BW CONCEPTS.
Any costs for delivery within the collection point will be clearly indicated during the order process.

For complaints relating to the collection in the collection point of choice, the buyer can only contact the BW CONCEPTS via email@example.com
10.3 Notes on the delivery by courier
Any complaint concerning visible damage to the packaging of the goods, in order observed to be in writing to be formulated on the accompanying documents at the time of delivery by courier. 10.4 Technical defects
In case of defect, the customer has the following options:

11.1 Statutory guarantee for consumers
For consumers, the legal guarantee depending on the type of product. The buyer may only contact the BW CONCEPTS through email@example.com.
a) This warranty covers only a lack of conformity which exists already in the delivery of the goods. Are therefore excluded include:
any direct or indirect damage caused after delivery of the product (eg by oxidation, shock trap, ...), as well as its content;

b) The lack of conformity must be reported via email within two months after adoption.
c) The guarantee is only valid if the client invokes the after-sales service of BW CONCEPTS. If the client directly invokes the manufacturer, all costs shall be borne. In case of intervention by a non BW CONCEPTS designated third party, void the warranty.
d) The bill represents the guarantee title and shall be kept by the customer and in original form. The warranty begins on the date of collection or delivery.
e) The warranty is not transferable. The deposit can not be applied if the item changes ownership.
f) The general repair conditions apply to all repairs.
These conditions and restrictions do not affect the statutory provisions.
12. Right of withdrawal
This provision applies only to internet sales to consumers.
According to the Law of 6 April 2010, the consumer has the right to inform the seller that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product .
This period should allow the customer to evaluate the product purchased "as in a shop window." Used, installed, damaged or incomplete items are not returnable.

installed, used, dirty, damaged or incomplete items;
articles of which the package (or part of it) in such a way has been opened, they no longer can be sold as new;
articles that clearly hygienic nature or danger to public health after use. Some supplies may due to hygienic reasons not be returned once the packaging has been opened.
Examples of such articles are stockings, incontinence pads, pacifiers, clothing, baby food, dietary supplements, etc .... This list is not exhaustive.

2.12 Returns: practicalities
The client of this right in accordance with the Law of April 6, 2010, wishes to use, should BW CONCEPTS within 14 calendar days Contact via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Repayment of returned items
Only when full compliance with the terms of this Article, the goods can be returned by BW CONCEPTS. In this case the amount will be returned to the account of the customer.
